Brewery project was born in 2012, after a decade of homebrewing and continuous training experiences in Italy and abroad.

We consider the Birrificio dei Castelli as a constantly evolving laboratory that aims to find a product made in compliance with the brewing tradition, without any filtration and pasteurization process.

The objective is to realize easy drinking and balanced beer through a careful choice of raw materials, long production and maturation times, attention to detail and patience.

Award-winning in various competitions, both in Italy and abroad, we have remained faithful to our path of brewers "in love" with beer, not with fashions.
