Brilliant straw color, thin foam.

A 30% of Verdicchio grape must from the Broccanera winery in Arcevia, just 1 km from our brewery, was used. The must was harvested the same morning of the hand-picking, freshly pressed, and added to the whirlpool.
The fermentation with neutral yeast brings out the wine-like notes, with floral, citrus, and fresh almond aromas typical of this grape variety.

On the palate, the beer’s drinkability is evident, with the fresh and tangy notes of Verdicchio returning, followed by a dry and crisp finish.
