We would like to inform you that Legislative Decree (D.lgs.) n. Legislative Decree 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) provides protection for individuals and other subjects concerning the processing of personal data.

Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and to receive the data in an intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain the following information:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of processing;

c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;

d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;

e) the individuals or categories of individuals to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representatives within the territory of the State, data controllers, or data processors.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

“a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data;

b) the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be retained in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;

c) confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) e “b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except in cases where such compliance proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
