Description

Golden and slightly hazy color.

Experimental beer in which the salinity of the gose style is paired with a light cold hopping of Mosaic.

On the nose, the freshness of lactic fermentation is accompanied by delicate fruity notes from the hops and the classic spiciness of coriander.

On the palate, there’s a balance between the salty character and the light hoppiness, which helps soften the final acidity. The overall effect is a smooth and satisfying drink.
