Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, sugar, yeast

Description

Golden color with orange highlights, creamy head.

Cold hopping releases fruity and resinous aromas on the nose. A beer with great character; on the palate, the pronounced bitterness is balanced by the malty backbone which, combined with intense hopping, masks the alcohol content and leaves a pleasantly dry and bitter finish.

Serving temperature: 6-7°C

Food pairings

It pairs well with grilled meats, flavorful first courses, and roasted fish. Perfect for important choices, where your “extrema ratio” will surely be the right one.
